Software may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Software returns and exchanges must be in new, saleable condition with all original contents. Any incomplete returns, or those received after 30 days will not be refunded. Returns must be prepaid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hardware is not returnable / exchangeable except in the case of manufacturer defect. Defective hardware may be exchanged within 30-days of purchase for the same product. After 30 days, we would be happy to assist you in working with the manufacturer to secure a repair or exchange within the boundaries of the manufacturer warranty. Hardware includes, but is not limited to, mobile labs, digital cameras, video cameras, educators kits, and the Skoog.
