Podcasting Grant Rules
By applying for this grant I understand that:
1. All lesson plans submitted become the property of Tool Factory, Inc.
2. I may enter multiple times. 
3. By entering this contest I am granting Tool Factory the worldwide rights to:
- Display my submissions publicly on the internet.
- Use my entry in any promotional and press opportunities.
- Publish or re-distribute my lesson plans or ideas royalty-free in any product, advertisement, or publication in any format.
- Edit, adapt, or change my project idea.
4. Winners will be contacted no less than 60 days after the grant deadline. No late entries will be accepted. 
5. All judges decisions will be final.  
6. Tool Factory employees and family members are not eligible to apply.
7. Void where prohibited. 
8. Winners will be required to submit a final project report upon completion of their grant proposal project. Reports must be submitted within 12 months of the grant awards.  All completed projects may be posted on Tool Factory's website. 
9. Teachers in the USA, its territories, and in Canada are eligible to apply. 
10. K-12 institutions, special education schools, public, and private institutions are eligible to apply.  Adult education projects, colleges, and universities will be disqualified as this grant is intended to benefit K-12 students.
