in the range of $1,000,000-$5,000,000+. Tool Factory's writer's
will generate your grant application free-of-charge, if your proposed

Current Target
The CCLC 21st Century Grants are our current target, however
we will consider applying to other Federal programs at your request.
The CCLC grants are Federal monies, earmarked for community learning
centers, after school programs, or community based enrichment
projects. The Tool Factory team will work with your staff to craft
a program that provides your district additional resources for
academic enrichment, youth development, counseling, art, music,
or technology education.

Criteria
We will write your grant application free-of-charge, if your
school or district meets all of these 5 qualifying criteria:
1) Free and Reduced Lunch: 40% enrollment or higher required
for participating schools. This could be any of the following:
- a selection of schools within a larger district,
- or a consortium of schools across multiple districts,
- or a whole district,
- or an adult education center,
- or a special education school.
Note that if it's a selection of schools or consortium, each
school independently must have 40%+ free and reduced lunch enrollment.
2) Participation of 500 students or more.
3) Minimum funding request of $500,000. Average funding
is $1,000 per student across a 3-5 year term. Partial funding

Our writers will generate the grant application for free,

with the grant dollars, once funding is received.
