Required products: Tool Factory Database V2
By default, captions will be in 18 point Comic Sans. Younger students will want larger captions, and older students may want a more serious style of font.
CHANGING THE FONT ON A CAPTION
1) Click the field. It gets a box around it.
2) Click the CAPTION button on the left.
3) Pick “Font” and “Style”.
4) Use the slider to control font size.
5) Use the radio buttons to control the position of the caption, relative to the field entry box.
6) Click OK.
*TIP* Hold the shift key down and click, click, click…to select many fields at the same time. Then click the CAPTION button and change the caption on all of them at once.
CHANGING THE CAPTION ON EVERY FIELD AT ONCE
It works to hold the shift key down, then click on every single field until they are all hi-lighted. However it’s much faster to use EDIT > SELECT ALL then click the CAPTION button and proceed.
CHANGING CAPTION TEXT - TYPOS
Return to step 1 by clicking the CREATE FIELDS icon. Hi-light the field and click CHANGE FIELD button. Fix your typo or caption.
