Step 2 - Click the New Query button and name your query.
Step 3 - Click the New Query Line button to open the New Query Line panel.
Step 4 - Determine the search criteria from the Field drop down menu. For an example we will use Hair Color.
Step 5 - Select a condition for the query from the Condition drop down menu. For example we will use = (equals).
Step 6 - Select a value for your query from the value drop down menu.
Step 7 - To add another parameter to the query choose either and or or from the And/Or drop down box.
Step 8 - Click OK (if you put something under And/Or you will repeat the above process to add the next condition).
Step 9 - To activate the query click the check box next to the words Active in the Interrogate window to activate the query. The matches will not be displayed on the page.
