Instructions
While painting there are many different paint effects that you can use to add even more pizzazz to your paintings.

Step 1 - Paint a picture on the page.

Step 2 - On the Tool Factory Painter Toolbar click the Paint Effects button to open the Paint Effects panel on the right side of the page.

Step 3 - Click on the effect that you wish to use.

Step 4 - Move your mouse to the area you want to add the effect to. The mouse pointer will turn into a hand.

Step 5 - Click, hold, and drag your mouse over the area you wish to apply the effect to.

Step 6 - You may repeat use of the current effect until you select another tool.
