Required products: Tool Factory Workshop
You have this great image saved onto your computer that you want to use in a lesson, but you don't know how to get it into a Tool Factory Workshop document. Don't worry, this tutorial will explain how to find files stored on your computer, and how to add them to your document or project, using the My Bank tab of the Resource Bank.
Step 1 - On the Menu bar, click the Resource Bank button to open the Resource Bank. In the Resource Bank click the My Bank tab.
Step 2 - As a default, the "My Bank" tab will open into the "My Documents" folder of your computer. Find the location where your file is stored in your computer, then click and drag it onto the document just like you would a normal file from the Resource Bank.
TIP: Within the My Bank tab there are three buttons. From left to right: a house, a folder with an arrow pointing up, and a magnifying glass. The house will return you to the default location of "My Documents" or a specified location in the Options menu. The folder with the arrow pointing upwards will bring you up one folder level (for example, if you were in my computer and clicked this icon, you would go to the desktop). The magnifying glass is part of the Keyword Search function that can also be used to search within your own files!
