Required products: Tool Factory Word Processor V3
Have you ever accidentally clicked on an image or block of text and dragged it across the page. Tool Factory Word Processor lets you lock objects to the page so this accidental clicking fiasco can be avoided.
Lock Objects to the Page
Step 1 - Select what you want to be locked to the page.
Step 2 - Go to Tools on the Menu bar and click Lock to Page.
Step 3 - If you wish to edit locked objects just go to Tools>Access Locked Items.
Step 1 - Select the Object you want to layer.
Step 2 - Go to Tools on the Menu bar and click Tools. Under Tools select the Move Higher or Move Lower option. Alternately you can press CTRL+L (lower) or CTRL+H (Higher) on you keyboard to achieve the same effect.
Locking objects to a page can be useful if you want students to add text to a project but don't want them to move any of the graphics. The next tutorial will cover how to add additional pages for those of you who just can never seem to write enough.
