You just learned how to add different effects to the pre-drawn graphics, but what if you want to make your own graphic? After this tutorial on how to use Graphic Tools your design skill will rival that of an architect ... well maybe not, but you will be able to draw some pretty cool shapes!
Create your own Polygon
Step 1 - Left click on the Polygon or Curved Polygon button in the Word Processor Toolbar.
Step 2 - When you place your cursor back on the page it will have turned into a crosshairs. Click anywhere on the page to start drawing and then move the mouse to create a line.
Step 3 - Left click again to end the current line and start a new one.
Step 4 - You can finish the polygon in two ways. You can join the last side of the polygon together to finish it, or you can right click at any time.
Draw using the Draw Tool
Step 1 - Left click on the Draw button in the Word Processor Toolbar.
Step 2 - Left click anywhere on the page to start drawing.
Step 3 - Left or right click when you are finished with the current section you are drawing. If you wish to continue drawing, just left click again where you want to draw. If not, right click to get the normal mouse cursor back.
