Instructions
This is the last of the Basic Tools tutorials; you are almost ready to move on to more advanced Tool Factory Word Processing features! This tutorial will focus on how to add and change different graphics.

Pre-drawn Shapes
Step 1 - Right click on the 'Polygon' button or 'Curved Polygon' button on the Word Processor Toolbar to open the 'Shapes' panel.

Step 2 - Left click, hold, and drag the shape you want onto the page.

Step 3 - To change the color of the shape before you drag it onto the page, there is a color panel at the bottom of the Shapes panel. Simply click the color you want and drag the shape onto the page.

Polygon and Curved Polygon Buttons
Step 1 - Left click the Polygon or Curved Polygon buttons on the Word Processor Toolbar.

Step 2 - Click on the page where you want to start your shape, then move your mouse to create the first line.

Step 3 - Click again to stop the line and create another one. Repeat this process until you have your shape made (The drawing line disappears when you connect two ends of a shape). Alternately, you can end the polygon by right clicking.

Lines, Rectangles, or Circles

Line
Step 1 - Click the Draw Line button on the Word Processor Toolbar.

Step 2 - Left click on the page where you want to begin the line.

Step 3 - Move the mouse to move the line and extend it, then left click to end the line.

Rectangle
Step 1 - Click on the Draw Rectangle button on the Word Processor Toolbar.

Step 2 - Left click on the page where you want to begin the rectangle.

Step 3 - Move the mouse to move the rectangle and expand it, then left click to end formation of the rectangle.

Circle
Step 1 - Click on the Draw Circle button on the Word Processor Toolbar.

Step 2 - Left click on the page where you want to begin the circle.

Step 3 - Move the mouse to move the circle and expand it, then left click to end formation of the circle.

Resize/Reposition
Step 1 - Highlight the shape. To highlight a pre-drawn shape, either left click, hold, and drag the mouse over the shape or left click the shape. To highlight a self-made shape left click, hold, and drag the mouse over the shape or click the border of the shape. A red dotted box will appear around the shape.

Step 2 - To resize the shape, left click, hold, and drag one of the red squares on the corner of the box. Moving the mouse closer to the image makes it smaller and moving it further away makes it larger.

Step 3 - To rotate the image, left click and hold the green box near the center of the image. Move your mouse to rotate the image.

Step 4 - To reposition the image you must first highlight it, then left click in the image and hold the left click. You can now drag the image around the page. Release the left click and the image will be placed where you released the click.
