You're in the middle of writing a four-page paper to turn in to your teacher; you want to use a particular word, but you're not quite sure how it's spelled. With Tool Factory Word Processor you don't need to worry about anything. The Spell Checker and Dictionary features will greatly aid you in your pursuit of that particular word.

Spell Checker
Step 1 - Look through what you have typed for highlighted words because Tool Factory Word Processor automatically highlights misspelled words.

Step 2 - Click the Spell Checker button in the Word Processor Tool Bar to open up the Spell Checker Panel. Alternately, you can access the Spell Checker by right clicking the misspelled word and going to the Check Spelling option or choosing one of the options presented by right clicking.

Step 3 - Click Next on the Spell Checker panel and you will be brought to your first word.

Step 4 - Scroll down the Spell Checker list until you find the correct spelling of the word that you want.

Step 5 - Click on that word and the click Replace. When that is done, move on to the next word by pressing Next.

Step 1 - Dictionary is located in the Spell Checker panel. To access it, go to the Spell Checker panel and click on the Dictionary check box near the bottom of the panel. Once this is done the Dictionary presents you with words in dictionary order close to the one that you misspelled.

Step 2 - Once you find the word that you are looking for, click it and then click Replace.

The Spell Checker is a very useful feature that lets you fix misspelled words with ease. If the Spell Checker was turned off for some reason, to turn it back on go to Tools on the Menu bar, then Options>General and then click the box that says Check.
