Picture This Number Grade: K-1 Subject(s): Counting Required products: Tool Factory Word Processor Materials Tool Factory Word Processor Overview Students match numbers with pictures of objects representing each number. Instructions 1) Open the "Match the numbers and pictures" worksheet in Tool Factory Word Processor. 2) Select FILE>SAVE AS and save the worksheet as the student's own. 3) Show the student how to click and drag a number from the top of the page into the appropriate box. 4) Have the student complete the worksheet by dragging each number to the appropriate picture set. 5) Remind students to save their work. Follow-up Activities Use a digital camera to take pictures which represent numbers. For example: a dozen eggs, or a pair of dice. Write a report describing the number represented in the photograph.
