    Overview
    Students study coins and practice identifying their values and determining how many of each coin is required to make a dollar.
    Instructions
    1) Open Tool Factory Word Processor. Open the "Counting Change" worksheet. Have students study this worksheet to begin learning the values of pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters.
    2) Open the "Counting Change 2" worksheet. Have students save this as their own.
    3) In the box next to each picture, students type in the name of the coin depicted.
    In the circle, students type in the numerical value of that coin.
    4) Students then determine how many of those coins would be required to make a dollar, and enter that number in the box on the right-hand side of the page.
    5) Remind students to save their work.
